Hi everyone!

A couple of updates as we come towards the end of the summer track and field season!

- this Friday is our last weekly competition. Our ‘nitro night’ is a bit of fun – different events like the under/over hurdles and 100m handicap among others. Medals for first second and third… and possible the most exciting, the free popcorn machine is back! We’ll send out the event schedule later this week, but it’s always a fun night, and it looks like the weather will give us a little reprieve on Thursday and Friday!

- Friday 4th April will be our awards night and AGM. We will ask that parents rsvp for the night, and confirm via opt in for a season participation trophy. All kids who have participated will be eligible, but we do have an engraving cut off – we’ll be sending out a survey to capture your details, so please keep an eye out for that and respond within the time.

- cross country season will begin in term 2, so if you have running enthusiasts on your hands, fear not! There will be a short break between seasons, but the winter program is included in your summer registration fee, so you’re welcome to participate as much as you’d like.
