Hi team,

Unfortunately we’re down a few committee members tonight (some with children competing at nationals [fun!], some with children beset by gastro…[not fun!]).

As such, we won’t be opening the uniform bar this evening so the committee can focus on the logistics of the evening.

I’m also asking that anyone who can volunteer to support events or chaperone age groups signs up as early as possible to reduce the amount of chasing the team need to do, especially as the committee will have less capacity to step in to gaps. Just pop your name on the whiteboard and grab a hi-vis vest.
