Hi all,

Unfortunately we’ve just been made aware of a break in to our equipment sheds overnight. While the investigation is ongoing, we cannot access the sheds this afternoon.

As such, we will focus tonight on track training. It will be a bit more informal (more like Tuesdays), but the coaches are rapidly putting together a revised plan.

The bbq will still be on, so come and have dinner, have a run, enjoy the sunshine, and bear with us as we work our way through this!
