Eastern 7’s Cross Country 2023 Round 4 at Ringwood Athletic Track
11 13 Sylvia Grove, Ringwood Coffee, canteen and sausages will be available
No dogs allowed at LAVIC events

First race to be marshalled at 9:15 for a 9:30 start (U13 U17 3km)
Athletes don’t forget your patch
All Races run clockwise with the exception of the 500m (Red line)

U13-U17 @9:30am – 3000m
U11-U12 @9:45 am – 2000m
U6 @10 am – 500m
U9-U10 @10:15 am – 1500m
U7-U8 @10:30 am – 1000m
